Miranda is a self taught mixed media artist and spiritual intuitive. You can find her painting and creating from her home studio, Nahanni Moon in High Level, Alberta. When she was a child, her grandfather, Chief Little Jimmy, shared the importance of animal medicine and the value of our interconnectedness with all beings and mother earth. These teachings have greatly influenced and contributed to Miranda's work. She describes herself as someone who paints and creates intuitively from her heart, capturing the gifts of mother earth, and sharing animal medicine to help others on their earth journey. Miranda was born into the Wolf clan of the Kaska - Liard First Nation from the Yukon. She enjoys spending time with her husband Doug and their two sons Joshua and Jeremiah, hiking in the forest, by the lakes or by rivers or in the mountains. She enjoys outdoor adventures, searching for rocks, exploring nature, being out in the boat and appreciating the beauty of mother earth and all her creatures. Miranda has a degree in Psychology and Social Welfare, and when she's not painting and creating art, she is providing Spiritual Intuitive Counselling to clients from her home.
