Keith Andrews is a Calgary Albertian realism painter with a visually unique style. He specializes in black and white oil paintings and creates detailed wildlife imagery using light, shadows, and mood. His work creates a narrative about the land and animals he captures in his paintings. Keith finds inspiration in the exceptional beauty of the Canadian Rockies which is abundant with wildlife. Keith has a passion for wildlife and habitat conservation and he is inspired by wildlife artists such as Robert Bateman and Terry Isaac. Keith became interested in art at an early age when his parents gave him The Art of Robert Bateman, at that point he new that painting would be his passion. In 2006, Keith was able to meet Terry Isaac, and it was Terry who inspired Keith to find his own style.
